CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, JULY 25, 2022 – LifeSpice recently welcomed Casey Claflin to the Marketing Team as our new Marketing Manager, based at our Chicago Headquarters. Casey brings ten years of Marketing and Food Industry experience to LifeSpice.
Casey spent five years as a Marketing Manager for Harvest Table Culinary at Elon University, where he managed meal plan sales, oversaw digital marketing initiatives, created marketing collateral, and helped with event planning and management. Prior to his work with Harvest Table, Casey gained experience in fine foods and catering at longtime Ann Arbor, Michigan destination, Zingerman’s Delicatessen. His love for food continues outside of work. He enjoys going out to eat and is especially looking forward to discovering the Chicago food scene. When he’s not seeking out Thai and Korean restaurants (his favorites!) to try in the city, Casey enjoys cooking at home and creating simple pasta recipes.
As a Marketing Manager for LifeSpice, Casey will work closely with the Sales, Culinary and R&D teams to deliver trending, innovative flavors to our customers by creating engaging presentations, attending trade shows, and expanding our collection of marketing collateral. Stepping into this role at LifeSpice, Casey says he’s “so excited to join LifeSpice here in Chicago! The entire team has been so warm and inviting from the start. As someone that has worked to market the food industry for years, I can’t wait to spend time researching and presenting the latest and greatest that the culinary world has to offer, and I’m eager to learn more from this skilled group of chefs, researchers, and culinary enthusiasts!” We look forward to working with Casey as the newest member of the Marketing Team.
