LIFESPICE WELCOMES CONNIE LAM TO THE REGULATORY TEAM

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, AUGUST 4, 2021 — LifeSpice welcomes Connie Lam to the Regulatory team as a Senior Regulatory Specialist based in our Chicago office. Connie has a combined six years’ experience in both food and beverage within the regulatory industry. Connie’s extensive understanding of quality, regulatory, and her passion for learning make her a great addition to the LifeSpice team.

Prior to joining LifeSpice, Connie worked with a major nutritional beverage company where her job included creating nutritional labels and product specifications, as well as safety documents, gaining knowledge in quality and regulatory. Connie also has barista experience, lending a hands-on perspective of ingredients and product quality requirements. At home, she continues experimenting with different coffee drink creations. When it comes to food, Connie enjoys recreating her restaurant favorites in her own kitchen to learn about new ingredient and flavor combinations, keeping her busy with plenty of at home projects.

As a Senior Regulatory Specialist at LifeSpice, Connie works with the Supply Chain and R&D teams on ingredient matching, keeping up with labels and certifications, and creating data sheets and other documents regarding LifeSpice blends. She is also working towards her PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) certification to add to her quality and regulatory experience and ensure LifeSpice continues delivering the highest quality blends. Connie says, “I’m looking forward to a deeper dive into the food industry through LifeSpice and developing my understanding of food from a quality/regulatory standpoint”, also noting her specific interest in snacks. Her curiosity of new flavors paired with her industry expertise will be a great help as she continues her time at LifeSpice.
