CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, APRIL 10, 2023 – LifeSpice welcomes Virginia Hunt to the Client Services Team as our new Client Services Manager, based in our Chicago Headquarters. Virginia brings a wealth of account management and customer success experience to her new role at LifeSpice.
Virginia has previously worked in the software startup energy industry in customer success management, where she developed a diversified skill set, including account management and technical support. She also built years of experience working in customer success management through her time at SaaS companies, making her a great fit to lead our Client Services team. When she is not working, she enjoys crafts like knitting, needlepointing, and crocheting – her current project is a quilt made of colors that correspond to the temperature outside every day!
Virginia was attracted to this role by LifeSpice’s growth and positive company culture. In her role, Virginia will collaborate with different LifeSpice departments as seasonings move through various stages of production, communicating with our clients directly throughout the process. She’s looking forward to optimizing our client services software and processes while continuing to provide excellent service to our clients.
