Q: What do you enjoy about working in your department?
A: We have a very close team and everyone has a variety of unique backgrounds and perspectives. Success is shared and challenges are figured out together.
Q: What is your favorite memory from your time at LifeSpice?
A: Winning the inaugural “Flavor of the Year” at Snaxpo. It was a group effort that paid off. The trophy was very cool as well.
Q: What is your favorite memory surrounding food?
A: The Irish side of my family has a simple potato soup recipe that has been passed down for generations. I remember thinking as a child how it was interesting that I was tasting the same thing my ancestors who I never met did. It was a powerful connection and one I am excited to pass on to my children.

Q: What is the most adventurous flavor combination you’ve ever tried?
A: Initially, the idea of adding salt to chocolate was odd, but now it is amazing.

A: I really like to watch “Is it cake?” on Netflix.
Q: What is your favorite memory you have surrounding food?
A: When my family would make all the pastas to have for lunch on Sundays.
