Spicy Giardiniera Dip

Spicy Gouda Pretzel Dip

This velvety dip is smooth, stretchy perfection thanks to smoked gouda, American cheese, and our Spicy Giardiniera seasoning. Finish with a generous garnish of giardiniera and served warm alongside a soft pretzel for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 0.5 lbs. American Cheese
  • 1 Cup Smoked Gouda
  • 1 tsp. Spicy Giardiniera Seasoning
  • Giardiniera (for garnish)

Method

  1. Melt the butter, sauté garlic until soft.
  2. Add the flour and mix it until thickened. Slowly whisk in the milk and keep whisking until it thickens.
  3. Add cheese and Giardiniera seasoning mix it until it is melted and homogenous.
  4. Garnish with Giardiniera and serve with warm pretzel.
