Quesabirria Potato Chips

All the bold, chile-rich depth of the viral taco in a potato chip! Grab a bag of wavy chips, season them with LifeSpice’s Quesabirria Seasoning, and you have a new way to enjoy Quesabirria.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (8–9 oz) wavy potato chips
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (avocado or vegetable oil works well)
- 1½ tablespoons LifeSpice Quesabirria Seasoning
- Lime wedges, to serve
Method
- Pour the chips into a large bowl.
- Drizzle the oil over the chips and toss gently to coat. This gives the seasoning something to hold onto.
- Sprinkle the Quesabirria Seasoning evenly over the chips and toss again until well coated.
- Taste. Add another pinch of seasoning if you want more flavor.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side — a squeeze right before eating brings the whole thing together.
