Chamoy Pickle Egg Salad Sandwich

This egg salad combines creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors with a punch of chamoy pickle seasoning. The addition of dill pickles and extra acidity keeps everything balanced and bright.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles (lean savory vs. sweet)
  • 1 tsp chamoy pickle seasoning, plus more to taste
  • 1–2 tsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Bread of choice

Method

  1. Chop eggs into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayo, mustard, relish, chamoy pickle seasoning, and pickle juice. Fold in eggs, chopped pickles, and green onions.
  3. Taste and adjust:
    1. Add more pickle juice or mustard for more bite
    2. Add more mayo for more savory creaminess
    3. Add black pepper or a pinch of salt for balance
  4. Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.
  5. Spread on your favorite bread!
