Chamoy Pickle Snow Cone

This sweet, tangy, and spicy snow cone layers mango nectar with chamoy pickle–seasoned simple syrup over crushed ice for a refreshing treat with a bold pickle-chamoy kick.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1–2 tsp Chamoy Pickle seasoning, plus more for garnish
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat and stir until the sugar fully dissolves and the liquid becomes clear. Remove from heat and allow the simple syrup to cool completely.
- Stir the Chamoy Pickle seasoning into 2 Tbsp of the cooled simple syrup until fully dissolved and evenly flavored.
- Pack the crushed ice tightly into a snow cone cup or small bowl.
- Drizzle the the chamoy pickle–seasoned simple evenly over the ice, allowing it to soak through the snow cone.
- Finish by drizzling the the mango nectar over the top and garnish with an additional light sprinkle of Chamoy Pickle seasoning before serving immediately.
