Chicken Shawarma Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1” pieces
  • ¼ cup Shawarma 
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Onion

Method

  1. Mix chicken thighs with the shawarma seasoning, salt, and grated onion. Tightly pack shawarma pieces on wooden skewers. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Heat the grill or a grill pan on medium. When hot, oil the grill and add the skewers. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until a nice golden char is created on all sides. Then keep flipping until cooked through. Rest covered before serving.
