Dumpling Bake

This recipe is inspired by the viral ‘Dumpling Lasagna’ trend taking over the internet. With all the classic workings of a dumpling, this dish features super savory ground pork layered between thin wonton wrapper sheets – giving the same delicious dumpling taste in a preparation style that couldn’t be easier.
Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Pork
- 3.5 oz Cabbage
- 1 bunch Scallion, sliced
- 2 tb Shaoxing Wine
- 2 tb Soy Sauce
- 2 tb Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tb Chicken Broth
- 1 pack of Wonton Wrappers
- 4 tb LifeSpice Fiery Hot Seasoning
Method
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken broth.
- Layer in a ramekin, alternating the wonton wrapper and pork mixture. Before adding the final wrapper, pour some chicken broth over the pork mixture.
- Steam the dumpling bakes for 20 minutes, or until filling reaches internal temperature of 160F.
- Serve with your favorite chili crisp!
