Grilled Cinnamon & Sugar Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Method

  1. Peel and core the pineapple, and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Cut the peeled pineapple into wedges, coat the pineapple wedges with the dry seasoning mixture, and set them on the grill.
  4. Grill the pineapple wedges until golden brown and fully heated through (about 3-5 minutes depending on thickness of pineapple wedges). Pull off grill when golden brown and enjoy!
