Everything Bagel Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • A few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning, plus more for coating

Method

  1. In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and 3 tablespoons of Everything Bagel seasoning. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a ball (or log, if preferred), then wrap tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  3. Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in additional everything bagel seasoning to coat the outside. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavor.
  4. Serve with bagel chips, crackers, or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
