Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapenos
  • 150g Cheddar Cheese
  • 80g Bacon Bites
  • 225g Cream Cheese
  • LifeSpice Chili Crush Seasoning, to taste
  • 100g Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 10g Butter

Method

  1. Melt the butter and toast the crumbs until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  3. Half jalapenos and remove the seeds.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and seasoning until combined.
  5. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle stuffed jalapenos with toasted crumbs.
  7. Bake stuffed jalapenos for approximately 15 minutes.
  8. Serve by themselves, or alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
