Ingredients

  • 8-10 Potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • LifeSpice Zesty Togaranchi Seasoning, to taste
  • Butter, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes on a mandolin.
  3. Butter two 4-inch cake pans (alternatively, one large pan).
  4. Arrange the potato slices in the spiral manner, sprinkling salt and seasoning on each layer. Place few cubes of butter on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for additional 20 minutes.
  7. Unmold the potatoes and invert them on the plate.
  8. Brush butter on top & serve.
