Ingredients
- 8-10 Potatoes
- Salt, to taste
- LifeSpice Zesty Togaranchi Seasoning, to taste
- Butter, to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Peel and slice potatoes on a mandolin.
- Butter two 4-inch cake pans (alternatively, one large pan).
- Arrange the potato slices in the spiral manner, sprinkling salt and seasoning on each layer. Place few cubes of butter on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for additional 20 minutes.
- Unmold the potatoes and invert them on the plate.
- Brush butter on top & serve.
