Quesabirria Potato Chips

All the bold, chile-rich depth of the viral taco in a potato chip! Grab a bag of wavy chips, season them with LifeSpice’s Quesabirria Seasoning, and you have a new way to enjoy Quesabirria.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (8–9 oz) wavy potato chips
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil (avocado or vegetable oil works well)
  • 1½ tablespoons LifeSpice Quesabirria Seasoning
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Pour the chips into a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the oil over the chips and toss gently to coat. This gives the seasoning something to hold onto.
  3. Sprinkle the Quesabirria Seasoning evenly over the chips and toss again until well coated.
  4. Taste. Add another pinch of seasoning if you want more flavor.
  5. Serve with lime wedges on the side — a squeeze right before eating brings the whole thing together.
