Signature Street Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb skirt steak
  • 2½ Tbsp Signature Street Taco seasoning
  • 1½ Tbsp neutral oil (avocado or canola)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • ¾ cup white onion, finely diced
  • ¾ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Method

  1. Pat skirt steak dry. Rub evenly with oil, lime juice, and street taco seasoning. Rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet to high. Cook steak 2–3 minutes per side until nicely charred and medium-rare to medium. Avoid overcooking.
  3. Rest steak 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
  4. Heat tortillas on a dry skillet or directly over flame until soft and lightly blistered.
  5. Add sliced steak to tortillas. Top with onion and cilantro. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.
