Togaranchi Tomato Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of crusty sourdough Bread
  • 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Zesty Togaranchi Seasoning
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Basil

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Mayonnaise with 1-2 tsp. of Togaranchi seasoning, depending on taste.
  2. Cut bread into thick slices and toast. While toasting, cut tomatoes into thick slices.
  3. Top toast with Togaranchi mayo, sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
