Ingredients
- 1 loaf of crusty sourdough Bread
- 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
- Zesty Togaranchi Seasoning
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Basil
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the Mayonnaise with 1-2 tsp. of Togaranchi seasoning, depending on taste.
- Cut bread into thick slices and toast. While toasting, cut tomatoes into thick slices.
- Top toast with Togaranchi mayo, sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
