Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 Bag Breaded Chicken Breasts
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Jar Dill Pickles
- 1 Tbsp Pickle Juice
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp Nashville Hot Seasoning
- 1 Bag Coleslaw Kit with Sauce
Method
- Combine mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons seasoning and pickle juice. Let sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Prepare coleslaw mix according to package directions. Let sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook breaded chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and add the remaining seasoning.
- Once chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165F, toss it in the seasoned butter.
- To assemble sandwich, spread bottom bun with seasoned mayonnaise.
- Place the chicken on the bun and garnish with pickles and coleslaw.
- Close the sandwich with the top bun, and serve!
