Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwiches

  • 1 Bag Breaded Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Jar Dill Pickles
  • 1 Tbsp Pickle Juice
  •  1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp Nashville Hot Seasoning
  • 1 Bag Coleslaw Kit with Sauce


  1. Combine mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons seasoning and pickle juice. Let sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Prepare coleslaw mix according to package directions. Let sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Cook breaded chicken according to package directions.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter and add the remaining seasoning.
  5. Once chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165F, toss it in the seasoned butter.
  6. To assemble sandwich, spread bottom bun with seasoned mayonnaise.
  7. Place the chicken on the bun and garnish with pickles and coleslaw.
  8. Close the sandwich with the top bun, and serve!
