Grilled Picanha

Recipe: Renan Lopes

Ingredients

  • Picanha (or sirloin cap), preferred amount
  • Rock Salt, to taste

Method

  1. Season you picanha with rock salt to preference.
  2. On a hot grill, cook to desired temperature. Rare to almost medium is recommended, with internal temperature of 115F-130F.
  3. Let rest for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!

    • Linguiça (Brazilian style sausage links)

    • Garlic Bread
    • Queijo Coalho (Brazilian style grilling cheese)
