Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Green Onions, minced
- 3 Tbs. Parsley, minced
- ¼ Cup Whole Milk
- ¼ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 heaping Tbs. LifeSpice Chili Crush seasoning
Method
- For the meatballs, combine panko, eggs, milk, and Chili Crush seasoning together.
- Let sit 10-15 minutes to hydrate.
- Add remaining meatball ingredients and mix.
- Shape into desired size meatballs. We recommend slightly smaller than a golf ball.
- Bake on a parchment lined sheet pan for 15-20 minutes at 350°F or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- Toss in your favorite sauce, and serve!
