Chili Crush Meatballs


  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken
  • 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 Green Onions, minced
  • 3 Tbs. Parsley, minced
  • ¼ Cup Whole Milk
  • ¼ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 heaping Tbs. LifeSpice Chili Crush seasoning


  1. For the meatballs, combine panko, eggs, milk, and Chili Crush seasoning together.
  2. Let sit 10-15 minutes to hydrate.
  3. Add remaining meatball ingredients and mix.
  4. Shape into desired size meatballs. We recommend slightly smaller than a golf ball.
  5. Bake on a parchment lined sheet pan for 15-20 minutes at 350°F or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  6. Toss in your favorite sauce, and serve!
