Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 10 oz Marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate
  • 1/5 cup dehydrated Mango, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Coconut
  • 3 Tbsp blended Mango Puree
  • About 5 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 4 cups powdered Sugar
  • LifeSpice Chamoy Pickle seasoning, to taste

Method

  1. Lightly grease or line a 9 x 13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Fold in the white chocolate, dehydrated mango, and shredded coconut. Work quickly so the mixture remains pliable.
  4. Transfer to the prepared pan and gently press into an even layer without compacting too firmly. Let cool completely before glazing.
  5. Whisk the mango puree, 1 Tbsp lime juice, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add additional lime juice a little at a time until the glaze reaches a thick, drizzle-able consistency. Adjust liquids if needed.
  6. Whisk the chamoy pickle seasoning, 2 Tbsp lime juice, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add more seasoning to taste and additional lime juice as needed for a thick, drizzle-able consistency. Adjust liquids if needed.
  7. Drizzle the cooled Rice Krispies with both glazes. Allow the glazes to set before cutting into bars.
  8. Decorate with additional coconut and black sesame seeds (optional).
