Ingredients
3 Peppercorn Goat Cheese
- 10 g Black Peppercorn, whole
- 10 g Pink Peppercorn, whole
- 5 g White Peppercorn, whole
- 150 g Goat Cheese, log
Gin Inspired Goat Cheese
- 10 g Juniper Berries, dry whole
- 7 g Pink Peppercorn, whole
- 7 g Coriander seeds, whole
- 1 g Star Anise, powder
- 3 g Cardamom pods, whole
- 15 g Dehydrated Orange, slices
- 150 g Goat Cheese, log
Gin Inspired Goat Cheese
- 5 g Savory, dry
- 5 g Rosemary, dry
- 5 g Oregano, dry
- 2 g Thyme, dry
- 150 g Goat Cheese, log
Method
For 3 Peppercorn Goat Cheese
- Add all spices to a mortar and grind to desired size.
- Lay seasoning on a sheet tray and roll the log to evenly coat the cheese.
- Serve.
For Gin Inspired Goat Cheese
- Add all spices to mortar and grind to desired size.

- Mix all herbes
- Lay seasoning on a sheet tray and roll the log to evenly coat the cheese.

Honey Harissa Goat Cheese Fritters

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Goat Cheese, plain
- 1/3 Cup Panko
- 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup LifeSpice Honey Harissa Seasoning
- 3 Eggs, large
Method
- Portion goat cheese into 5 gram balls. Roll to form.
- Add LifeSpice Honey Harissa seasoning and Panko breadcrumbs to a blender/food processor and blitz it to make into a finer crumb.
- Whisk eggs and add a splash of water.
- Set up your breading station with the flour, eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.
- Once cheese is rolled, repeat coating with egg and Panko fo a thicker crust to prevent the cheese from bursting.
- Fry the cheese balls in a preheated oil at 350F until golden brown and delicious!
