Smoked Gouda Pretzel Dip

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 1 tsp. Garlic
- 1 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 0.5 lbs. American Cheese
- 1 Cup Smoked Gouda
- 1 tsp. Tangy Giardiniera Seasoning
- Giardiniera (for garnish)
Method
- Melt the butter, sauté garlic until soft.
- Add the flour and mix it until thickened. Slowly whisk in the milk and keep whisking until it thickens.
- Add cheese, Giardiniera seasoning mix it until it is melted and homogenous.
- Garnish with Giardiniera and serve with warm pretzel.
