Smoked Gouda Pretzel Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 0.5 lbs. American Cheese
  • 1 Cup Smoked Gouda
  • 1 tsp. Tangy Giardiniera Seasoning
  • Giardiniera (for garnish)

Method

  1. Melt the butter, sauté garlic until soft.
  2. Add the flour and mix it until thickened. Slowly whisk in the milk and keep whisking until it thickens.
  3. Add cheese, Giardiniera seasoning mix it until it is melted and homogenous.
  4. Garnish with Giardiniera and serve with warm pretzel.
