Tangy Giardiniera Pretzel Dip

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 lb American Cheese
- 1 Cup Smoked Gouda
- 1 tsp Tangy Giardiniera Seasoning
- Giardiniera (for garnish)
Method
- Melt the butter, and sauté garlic until soft.
- Add the flour to the butter and garlic, and mix it until thickened. Slowly whisk in the milk and keep whisking until it thickens.
- Add cheese and giardiniera seasoning, and mix it until it is melted and combined.
- Garnish with giardiniera and serve with warm pretzel.
