Tangy Giardiniera Pretzel Dip

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 lb American Cheese
  • 1 Cup Smoked Gouda
  • 1 tsp Tangy Giardiniera Seasoning
  • Giardiniera (for garnish)


  1. Melt the butter, and sauté garlic until soft.
  2. Add the flour to the butter and garlic, and mix it until thickened. Slowly whisk in the milk and keep whisking until it thickens.
  3. Add cheese and giardiniera seasoning, and mix it until it is melted and combined.
  4. Garnish with giardiniera and serve with warm pretzel.
