Smokin’ BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients
For Marinade:
- 2 1/4 lbs. Wings, trimmed
- 2 Tbs. Smokin’ BBQ Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Canola Oil
For BBQ Sauce:
- 6 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 3 Tbs. Smokin’ BBQ Seasoning
- 2 tsp. Molasses
- 4 tsp. Corn Starch
Method
- Combine all marinade ingredients together and marinate overnight.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 12 minutes, until wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- For sauce, mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring the saucepan to a boil and reduce sauce by 1/3.
- Cool sauce, and transfer to a large bowl.
- While wings are still hot, toss in sauce and serve.
Smokin’ Candied Bacon Crackers

Ingredients
- 30 Club Crackers
- 10 slices of Bacon, cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbs. Smokin’ BBQ Rub
Method
- Preheat oven or smoker to 250°F.
- Line a baking pan with foil and top with a wire rack.
- Spray wire rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Line rack with crackers.
- Top each cracker with a piece of bacon.
- Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar.
- Dust with Smokin’ Butt Rub and bake for 1 hour or until bacon is crisp.
