Honey Harissa Carbonara

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. Guanciale
- 1 1/2 C Pecorino Romano
- 1/2 lb. Fresh Spaghetti a la Chitarra
- 1 tsp. Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. LifeSpice’s Honey Harissa Seasoning
Method
- Cut guanciale into even sized strips and render on medium heat.
- Grate pecorino and reserve on the side.
- Mix egg yolks, pecorino, guanciale, black pepper, and LifeSpice’s Honey Harissa seasoning in a bowl until fully combined.
- Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Add around 2 tbsp of cooking pasta water to the egg mixture and mix until incorporated.
- Add pasta to the sauce mixture, mix until coated, and serve.
