CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, NOVEMBER 1, 2023 – LifeSpice is excited to introduce Allison Guthrie as our new Quality & Regulatory Manager, based in our Chicago Headquarters. Allison comes to us with extensive knowledge of food industry regulatory practices from her previous roles with Kraft Heinz and Prinova, and we’re thrilled to have her robust and multifaceted skillset at LifeSpice.
Allison’s food industry experience began in college where she studied Food Science and interned with Kraft Heinz. She grew to love the evolving nature her internship, which was filled with engaging new challenges to troubleshoot and investigate. Following her internship, Allison was hired at Kraft Heinz as a Compliance Supervisor, where she conducted audits and gained experience in their Quality department. She then moved to a new role in Quality Assurance at Prinova, where she expanded her skillset with experience in distribution and manufacturing. When she’s not at work, Allison enjoys downtime by reading fantasy novels, snacking on popcorn, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Toulouse.
As our Quality and Regulatory Manager, Allison will oversee co-manufacturing, regulatory testing, and support our R&D and sales teams with their projects. She is looking forward to diving into sensory work with different seasonings and flavors, all while getting to know her LifeSpice team. We are excited to have Allison join our growing team!
