CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, OCTOBER 3, 2023 – LifeSpice is excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Natallia Nice. Natallia joins our R&D team as a Research Chef based in our Chicago Headquarters. She comes to us with extensive pastry and culinary development experience, and most recently worked as a Culinary Technician with Tyson foods.

Natallia’s experience in foodservice spans nearly a decade, beginning when she received her L’Art de la Patisserie certification from The French Pastry School in Chicago. Her extensive background in food includes culinary innovation for Tyson, wholesale gelato production management for Alamode Foods, and work for multiple Chicago-based bakeries. Before beginning her career in culinary, Natallia was a professional gymnast and gymnastics coach. She competed in the 2000 Olympic Games in floor, vault, and uneven bars, and has trained with Cirque du Soleil. During her time as a gymnast, she picked up baking as a hobby, and was encouraged by her partner to pursue it as a full-time career. Tartes, cake, and bread are her favorite things to bake, and she loves the satisfaction of watching bread rise in the oven. Natallia’s hobby quickly became her new career, leading her to work at bakeries, culinary development, and now with LifeSpice!

In her role as Research Chef at LifeSpice, Natallia will formulate seasonings and help develop trend presentations with our Marketing & Sales teams. Natallia loves to try new things and is looking forward to applying her extensive culinary knowledge to the world of seasoning development. We welcome Natallia to the team and look forward to seeing what she creates in this role!
