Apple Pie Milkshake

Apple Pie Filling Ingredients

  • 4 cups Apples of choice, peeled and roughly diced (400 g)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (113 g)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (100 g)
  • 2 1/3 Tbs. Apple Cider Donut seasoning (30 g)
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 tsp. Corn starch (5 g)

Apple Pie Filling Method

  1. Melt the butter a skillet with the brown sugar on low heat, whisking to mix.
  2. Add apples and caramelize until soft. Add the lemon juice.
  3. Add Harvest Cider Doughnut seasoning and corn starch. Whisk until mixture thickens.
  4. Transfer it to the glass container and cool down completely.

Shake Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/3 cup Apple Pie Filling
  • 2 Graham Cracker Cookies, for texture
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Graham Crackers, Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream, and Apple Pie Filling to decorate.

Shake Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in the blender.
  2. To serve, use the caramel sauce to coat the glass rim, then dunk the caramelized rim into graham crumbles. Use whipped cream, caramel, graham cracker dust, and apple pie filling to decorate the top.
