Seafood Dinner for Two

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Mussels
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Shallots
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 C White Wine
- 2 Baguette Slices
- 1/4 Lemon
- Parsley to taste
- Seasoning to taste
Method
- Wash the mussels, set aside.
- Cook the shallots and garlic, add mussels, and mix it together. Add the seasoning, and mix. Add wine and cover the lid. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon overtop, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with toasted baguette.
