Seafood Dinner for Two

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Mussels
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Shallots
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 C White Wine
  • 2 Baguette Slices
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Seasoning to taste

Method

  1. Wash the mussels, set aside.
  2. Cook the shallots and garlic, add mussels, and mix it together. Add the seasoning, and mix. Add wine and cover the lid. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Squeeze the lemon overtop, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with toasted baguette.
