CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, JUNE 30, 2022 – LifeSpice welcomes Josephine Vivas to the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist based in our Chicago Headquarters. Josephine has experience in customer service, hospitality, and food service, having both worked at hotel spas and as a bartender in Chicago. Josephine is eager to learn about customer service and join the LifeSpice team.
Before coming to LifeSpice, Josephine was a bartender at a video gaming lounge in Chicago, and an Assistant Manager in the Spa at the Langham hotel. She has always done front-facing customer service work and is interested in the behind-the-scenes perspective of the fast-paced customer service environment. When Josephine isn’t working, she’s cooking Guatemalan food or snacking on hot chips.
Josephine was attracted to LifeSpice by what she had heard about the office culture from the Supply Chain Analyst, Kirsten. Additionally, she is interested in watching the development process of starting with a flavor idea and creating the final product to get to our customers. Josephine hopes to continue to grow within LifeSpice while learning as much as possible, saying “I’m ecstatic to become part of the wonderful work culture here at LifeSpice!
